Emergency Medical Response Team, (E.M.R.T) is designed to provide emergency and non-emergency medical care, treatment, transportation and first Aid services to people working in high risk environments or involved in Road Accidents and all other dimensions through our Emergency Medical Services and a Mobile Health Clinic Services. Malawi is still facing more Challenges in emergency medical response; this has been due to lack of mobile clinics and unavailability of ambulances to provide onsite medical services. Many people have lost their lives due to road accidents and other emergency alerts due to unavailability of such medical facilities. It has been noted that if the provision of emergency response support is effective more people would have been saved in road accidents which is currently a major challenge in Malawi. It is on this background that we have decided to establish an EMS Team.

Mobile health clinic is established to provide the best and urgent emergency and non-emergency medical treatment and care that does not require the attention of the main hospitals. In this case if our medical team decides that the patient is supposed to undergo further treatment at the main hospital then the patient will be referred and transported by the same medical crew to the hospital of the patient's choice.

All of our services are membership driven facility, the bulk of the membership derives directly from the company and other partner insurance companies. Upon filling and submitting a membership application form you become a member once approved by the management. Each member of the scheme will have both a credit card style of membership as well as a printed sticker which can be placed on the entry doors of their homes, offices and windscreen of the vehicle similar to the COF or Insurance sticker. The card/sticker will contain vital information such as: Name, address, Contact details of relative or next of kin, Blood group, Known allergies or medication, EMRT membership number ,EMRT toll free phone number.
